STILL AND ALWAYS
Once a bright student named Jack was playing with a big ball that his father had given to him on his fifth birthday. It is still his favorite ball. He is now 12 years old and he used to bring his ball everywhere to play. He also used to take it to his school. One day, he was sitting near a lake and playing with the ball happily. But that misfortune happened. His ball fell into the lake and it washed away. He was sad. His mother came and asked, “Son, why are you so sad?” He replied, "My favorite ball has been washed away in the lake." His mother then said, "Why are you worried about this small thing? Instead of that one ball, I will buy you a hundred balls". He answered, " Mom, no matter how many balls I get, I won't get anything that one ball gave to me. That ball has given me so many memories. It was the ball my father gave me on my fifth birthday. No matter how many more balls you buy, nothing that happened in those times return. One biggest memory was whaen I was playing with it, the ball hot Freddy. He came to return the ball and thereafter we became friends.” His mother said, “Ooh son, you are so mature to say that. I'm proud of you.” Moral: You can't replace everything you lost.

Empowering bodies and minds: The vital role of physical education
Physical education (PE) plays a crucial role in the overall development of students, emphasizing not only physical fitness but also mental and social well-being. One of the primary benefits of physical education is that it promotes a healthy lifestyle. Regular physical activity helps combat obesity, reduces the risk of chronic diseases, and enhances cardiovascular health.
Moreover, physical education fosters essential life skills. Through team sports and group activities, students develop teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. These experiences teach them how to work collaboratively towards common goals, handle victories and defeats gracefully, and build strong interpersonal relationships.
In conclusision, by prioritizing physical education in schools, educators can ensure that students not only thrive physically but also excel academically and socially, preparing them for a well-rounded future.

THE QUIET PATH
The world hums loud, a restless
sea,
But in still paths, the soul walks
free.
No map, no guide, no stars to
chart,
Just whispers from a seeking
heart.
