Smile
Smiling is one of the simplest and most powerful expressions that humans possess. It's a universal language that transcends cultures, languages, and geographical boundaries, conveying happiness, warmth, and friendliness. A smile has the incredible ability to brighten up someone's day, establish connections, and create a lasting impression.
Moreover, smiling has been linked to numerous physical health benefits. Studies have found that smiling can lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, and even reduce pain. The physical act of smiling relaxes facial muscles, reducing tension and promoting relaxation.
In conclusion, a smile is much more than just a facial expression. It's a powerful tool that can transform our lives and the lives of those around us. So, let's spread joy and positivity by sharing our smiles generously.

The Power Of Kindness
In a world that sometimes feels overwhelming, kindness can be a powerful force for good. While it may seem like just a simple gesture, a kind word or action can have a ripple effect that spreads far beyond the moment. Whether it's helping a friend, supporting a classmate, or simply offering a smile to someone who looks down, kindness has the ability to brighten someone's day—and possibly change their lives
Kindness also helps to create a more positive school environment. When students are kind to one another, it leads to stronger friendships and a greater sense of belonging. This can reduce bullying and help everyone feel more included, which is especially important in creating a supportive school community.

The Impact of Climate Change
Climate change is a big issue for our planet. It makes temperatures rise, which leads to more heatwaves and extreme weather, like droughts and floods. When ice at the poles melts, sea levels go up, putting animals and coastal areas in danger.
Many plants and animals find it hard to survive as their homes change, which can lead to fewer species. Climate change also affects our health by increasing air pollution and threatening our food and water supplies.
To help fight climate change, we all need to take action. Simple things like saving energy and using clean energy can make a difference. By working together, we can protect our planet for the future.

Shaheen Mistri, founder of Teach for India
The social activist and Teach For India founder speaks about her vision of reshaping the entire education system into a holistic syllabus that not only maximises the potential of each child but also organically instils empathy.
Upon receiving an invitation to hear Shaheen Mistri deliver one of two keynote addresses at the Leaps of Knowledge 2018 conference at JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur, I did what anyone would and looked her up online. Cue crippling self-admonishment and sombre questioning of my life’s purpose, a common side-effect of a job that puts you in touch with some of the brightest minds and biggest hearts out there.
And Mistri’s ambition has only grown since, if ambition is the right word. Can ambition truly be selfless? For that seems to be a central trait in the way she grapples with India’s education system, one she believes is entrenched in rigid, myopic thinking and expressed in outdated syllabi and unequal access. Her relentless efforts led to her founding Teach For India in 2008, employing the proven Teach For America model to engage highly qualified graduates and young professionals in the education of students in rural or disadvantaged communities.

THE SPIRIT OF THE GAME
In fields of green where dreams take flight,
Beneath the sun, in the fading light,
Athletes strive with hearts ablaze,
Chasing glory through sweat and praise.
With every pass, the hopes revive,
A dance of skill, a test of might,
Together we rise, united in fight.
Victory's sweet, but loss will teach,
In every game, new heights we reach,
Through joy and pain, we find our place,
In the spirit of the game, we embrace.

Dreams
Hold fast to dreams For if dreams die
Life is a broken-winged bird That cannot fly.
Hold fast to dreams For when dreams go
Life is a barren field Frozen with snow.
